It's been well over two weeks it's taken just to get a replacement phone now I'm waiting for my reimbursement for the first repair done on the phone we will see if I change this review or if I add to it's negative results......

When I called to schedule the repair for my htc vive goggles I asked what I needed to send in. The answer I got was goggles and cables only. So i sent those two items. Waited 6 days got an email saying they were not able to repair because I didnt send in the lighthouses, controllers, power hubs, and whatever else was missing. Now I've been waiting 8 more days to receive my headset back and still have not recieved

I thought since the air pods were broken they would just send a new pair. They didn't
the hearing aid quit working and they gave me my refund without any hassles. I will be ordering another one from them.
I bought this ****. I thought I could return or exchange or even refund it but this is annoying coz. Now I got to call Manufacture company and then I got to call trade squretrade like wtf. Then,You guys needs the customer servicers name and It's to much work and I waste my money on this bullcarp for no reason. Never again I will not recommend this to anyone ever
i was happy to find out that i had purchased squaretrade for my tv after finding out that it had broken only after a year. however the website is outdated and just tells you to call support. i call support and the agent has me put my info in and says he will send an email requesting photos for verification on the damages for the tv. i wait a few weeks no email, i contact them again and the agent is rude to me and i request an email and he sends in immediately. i take the photos and send them in and my case is approved and i ... read more
