Square Trade had my refund to me within hours. I always buy a square trade protection plan for anything I can because they'll be there if my purchase has problems. I filed my claim on this product and had my refund within a few hours. It is buying peace of mind.
I've had my QC35 v2's for about 2.5 years now. Their earcushions were tearing apart though, so I called into Squaretrade who asked me to send it in; they emailed me a prepaid shipping label, and I sent it in my own box + packaging. I bought the wrist watch and insured by SquareTrade. Due to the poor quality-material of watch, it damaged. When I claimed to SqaureTrade, they provided repair/refund to fix the watch.
I was told to contact the merchant so I had difficulty because I thought when and insurance is on the tablet it would be resolved by SquareTrade not the merchant or I just call amazon and let know that am having difficulty
I sent my laptop in for warranty repair. This company only uses Fed Ex which is extremely difficult for me since there isn't a Fed Ex location anywhere near me, UPS has several locations within a couple miles of me.
