TV just stopped working. Went online filled the information. Next day got an email telling me to pick from 3 TV's. Sure Trade recommend the LG and provide the reviews on the LG. We said we would take the LG and 3 days later it was delivered. Can't ask for more than that.
I was given a partial refund but I feel I should have gotten the price I paid so I could repurchase another one like it. I was not very happy with the payment I received.
I took phone to have screen repaired, which they did, but then my fingerprint reader is now broke they did they order it for me but that was 3.5 weeks ago. I still haven't heard from Batteries & Bulb.
They gave me a refund quickly.
Initially called SquareTrade, after about 45 minutes , they directed me to call Apple, Apple proceeded to tell me that the equipment was too old and if they had to fix it I would have to pay. so i called SquareTrade back and after being on the phone for about 2 hours was told that I would probably have to reboot my computer, and being that I didn't know how to backup anything at the time I didn't want to do that and I still haven't got a chance to do that .
