TV died two days before warranty. Technician came to fix. Was unable to fix. SquareTrade was going to let us choose a different TV below what we initially bought. Husband called in to tell them this. We are now waiting for email to see if we get a TV equal to what we had.
I’m very disappointed. I don’t know why I have to pay another $85.00 to get my iPhone fixed again when they didn’t do a good job on the first time!! The store you picked out was terrible and very rude.
Always trying to fix over the phone so they don’t have to send a technician out. Never take your word that there is a problem.

My claim was handled quickly and I received a response almost immediately.
You buy a cell phone warranty that says 100% Parts & Labor, No Deductibles We've got you covered. You pay nothing and then click on the terms and conditions where it says your covered for drops and spills. As far as I know I am covered right? Wrong accidental drops not covered. They take your money but do not stand by there product. How they have not had a class action lawsuit is beyond me. Keep away from these sham artists, They will not repair it when you need service.
Making a claim was very easy and quick. I had the check within a week after I sent the receipt for the warranty repairs. I am very pleased.
While everyone was very attentive to solving the problem, it took at least eight calls and 20 + emails to get there. Perhaps a dedicated line for callbacks would be a better solution than having to use a phone tree that does not do a good job of getting to the right people.
Had to contact Sams Club second time and now said will receive check for repair. Haven't received yet.
