They were supposed to return my purchase price by way of a amazon credit. It has never been sent. i have 2 emails that say it should be in my inbox in 1 day. the last one was 4 days ago.
I brought an item not working, the store want fix the item and the insurance don’t want too fix the item, basically they each are telling contact the other. Major waste of my time.
Claim went well, but would of preferred online. Claim submitted, approved and paid...but every time I call it's let's follow the script and repeat the same verbiage over and over. Also, website need to show more details of current / past claims. Very sad website compared to what is out there

I thought that Sq Trade could assist me, but my printer was still under warranty. The Hp number that they gave me was wrong.

SquareTrade did nothing more than refer me back to the manufacturer I could have done that without them
After several tries we did resolve the issues. Lost all files however in the process. The worst aspect was getting through the phone maze to get tech support.
I called with a problem and although I had to hold on the line for a while, the representative was absolutely amazing. My Rug Doctor broke and I wanted it repaired, but the representative asked some questions and it was determined that the machine should be replaced, so I was sent a check for a refund of the price of the machine. Now I can simply buy a new one, but this time, I'm getting an upright rug cleaner and not a spot cleaner. Again, I am getting a Square Trade Warranty with my new one.
