Not only did the service not let me file online, i had to call over the phone and left several call back messages. Finally when i got through the said my warranty expired 5 days ago and they could not honor it.

These methods include our website, app and by calling our claims center. Unfortunately we are unable to approve every claim online, as in certain instances speaking to our customer service representatives is necessary. Customer Service was helpful but they decided what tv I can have and the quality was way below the tv it was replacing. After setting up new tv picture quality is poor. I’ll never use this service again.

Called SquareTrade about my iPhone which was not functioning well after several drops. They enterred the claim and I had a replacement two days later!
If you buy electronics you need this protection plan. My laptop broke and they refunded the price.

Before Allstate bought them they were great. Now they send you on wild goose chases via email and phone. They wanted me to repair a dehumidifier at at cellphone repair shop. ;)
I payed the insurance and my bike isn't fixed,the crap you have to go through.I had to send Amazon pictures in which they didn't get because I am not that computer savvy.
