Rep provided info that pointed me in the right direction on who to contact for appliance problem. Maintenance Information on who does what for time period after purchase should be indicated in the warranty that is being purchased from SquareTrade.
When we submitted a claim, we were referred back to the manufacturer. After reading the manufacturer warranty info, we realized it covered our product for the same 3 years as the Square Trade. So why did I need to pay for double coverage and SqTrade get my money for nothing? Sweet deal for them.

Even though my device had something wrong with it electronically, they refused to repair it, because the band had a tear (which happened by normal wear, no fault of my own). I then discussed this with other people who have had similar experiences - basically it's impossible to get your item covered for any repair.

Mailing me parts and having a technician work on my 75” tv at my home is very inconvenient and also wasn’t fixed. it’s been 2 weeks not fixed and running out of patience, just take it, fix it, bring it back
