"My refurbished HP desktop failed just 9 moths after I purchased it in FEB. 2010. HP only gave me a 90 day warranty so I purchased a Square Trade extended warranty. When the desktop failed I called up Square Trade and they said that the desktop could not be repaired. Square Trade paid me in full for what I had paid for the HP desktop. Great price for an extended warranty and Square Trade is a great company,"

"My hard drive went bad. It was covered by a Square Trade warranty. Their computer couldn't process my claim because I only use a USPS PO Box as an address. Their customer representative solved that problem, obtained the information from me, and decided that it wasn't worth sending the hard drive in for repairs. I signed an affidavit and was issued a full refund. I bought a new hard drive and purchased a Square Trade warranty for that one, too. "
