"I purchased a Xerox Phaser printer on Ebay. I then purchased a Square Trade Warranty as suggested by the seller. Boy was I lucky i listened to them. 1 1/2 years after buying the printer it stopped working. After talking with someone who knows about these printers I was told: Nope it's a goner, garbage! I thought No Way. Then I remembered I purchased this warranty from Sq. Trade. YES! FULL REFUND hardley any questions asked. THANKS SQUARE TRADE YOUR THE BEST....."
"The most disappointing experience I ever had with any company. I have purchased a two years warranty (1/29/2008 - 1/29/2010) for $84.99 on my Dell D800. On 8/10/2009, I filled a claim online as my Lap Top after rebooting; the screen is distorted with dots and dashes then goes blank after awhile. "Just this week I needed to contact SquareTrade since my headphones stopped working (no sound in right ear). They responded to my claim within hours - yes, hours. I did not need to spend precious gas to go to a brick and mortar place, stand in line, and feel small about taking a broken thing back. They immediately sent me a pre-paid UPS label and I put the box in the mail. "DONT BUY A SQUARE TRADE WARRANTY!!!!I bought a warranty on a 37 inch tv. after a few months as soon as you turned the tv on it would scream. so i got a hold of square trade they made me ship the tv in instead of having a local repair shop fix it. so it took 6 days to get the box 6 days to ship it back then 5 days for them to fix it.Then another 6 days back to me. "Square trade provided excellent service. The next day that they received my claim I received an email that they could not repair my computer and that they would be giving me a refund for the purchase price. My refund was in my paypal account by the very next morning!! I just bought from SquareTrade another warranty for my new computer and it was almost half the cost of best buy for 3 times the length!! I found Square Trade Warranties to be very easy to work with, speedy, and helpful."
