Dropped my phone into the commode accidently. Would not do anything when I fished it out. Put in a claim same day. Got my replacement of a different brand/model in 3 working days. Lost some info, but at least I have a phone I can use.
The young man was very polite, understanding and patient. He understood my concerns. Took care of my problem!
