The appliance protection plan we purchased when we bought our appliances 4 years ago paid for the repair. We were able to use the local service we normally use.
The process was very easy just had to enter the information when the incident happened and send some pictures. I was asked for additional pictures then they approved my claim and sent me a check.
Everything was perfect as was excepted with Allstate, I will purchase these warranties again.
The process of receiving my claim was very difficult, but you did eventually pay me.

It was a looong process trying to file a claim, but they were helpful every step of the way.
I just had to use this on a tablet that fell off a table and landed on it's corner. The screen was cracked all the way across in a beautiful rainbow pattern. I remembered the warranty and it was great! They approved and sent me the instructions within hours and I sent it off. It cam back fast and I was ready to go. It works just fine.
Went through the steps with the rep, TV wasn't working no more. He helped me through it quickly and diligently ending up in getting a nice TV to replace it.
