All went well with my claim and the replacement (almost new) iPhone 8+ was received in a timely manner and was in very good condition. It was a little stressful to return our broken iPhone back within 7 days over the holidays, but the pre-made shipping label, packaging and easy drop-off at Fedex helped smooth things out.

I was very happy through the whole process. I contacted Allstate protection plan and they sent me to a dealer nearby where my item was fixed. Never received a bill, don’t even know how much it cost. I would recommend Allstate Protection Plan.
Unfortunately I have had multiple repairs to a Whirlpool refrigerator, but fortunately I have an Allstate Protection Plan. They have been polite and professional everytime I have needed them.

I should be covered, for what I paid for not get a replacement due to faulty manufacturing. And what if that replacement fails. I am stuck I purchase protection for three years it just one year. I need a refund.
