Usually not a buyer of extended warranties due to hassle I’ve experienced during claims. In this case, my purchase included the warranty. When my device failed, I looked it up and got a hassle free pay out. Not 100% of what I paid but I was satisfied with the overall experience. The only thing I hope they improve is they should payout to an online account vs a paper check. The extra hassle of waiting for paper check and risk it getting lost is something they can improve upon. Either way, very happy overall.
I was pleased that I did not experience any problems with having my product fixed and returned.
