purchased what I thought was a new phone online, turns out it was 2+ years old. had issues with the phone tried to get warranty repair, phone was out of warranty. Allstate set up a repair at the local phone repair store they told me the phone was unrepairable. Allstate refunded the purchase price of the phone. Thanks Allstate.
Was asked to try a few things to see if issue was resolved when that didn't I was asked to supply some pictures of the issue and that was it PAINLESS!
