I had to send my Fitbit in for repair 2 times within 2 weeks. The first time I got it back the same issue was going on. The second time I got it back it worked perfectly. Each time I contacted customer service they were very professional and took my claim seriously. Very satisfied with the protection plan and the amount of time it takes for repairs.
We had 2 3/4 years of active use of our hedge trimmer before it kicked up its legs and died suddenly. Allstate took excellent care of our needs
I had problems with my IPhone camera and flashlight had quit working. I sent the IPhone to square trade and the next day it was shipped back to me completely fixed. I love square trade and will continue to use them in the future.

This was a relatively easy process. The only thing I'd change is stop using people from other countries as your representative. When I have to ask for something to be repeated repeatedly because they don't speak plainly enough that's frustrating. Though maybe that's your intent.
