I was very impressed with the prompt service in resolving my issue!
I did a chat with one of the representatives. He was helpful but it's like he didn't really want to go the extra mile I had to push him. You know the thing that I don't like. Is that you chat with someone and then you're supposed to go and file your claim online instead of them just handling it from beginning to end. Other than that I had no issues. The instruction was very easy to follow. The gift card was entered into my email account very quickly.
Got the runaround between the manufacturer parts 20 week wait estimate and the retailer extended warranty. Allstate took control, sent out a tech and had a check cut within 10 days. I will always purchase an Allstate extended warranty with any major appliance.
I was not communicated well and did not know if my request has been received/handled. I called after a few days and talked to someone and from that point it was all good.
