We called about an ice maker that was not working. They set an appointment to come look at our fridge..sent all of the parts that we might need so that they would be here when the technician arrived. The technician arrived on time and repaired the ice maker. Boom! Easy, simple, and hassle free.

First off had a service issue 2yrs after purchase. Allstate took care of it immediately. 2 yrs later had the same service issue, again it was scheduled for repair. Tech arrived for repair, however only 1 spring of the 4 required were shipped. He made a call and said the new parts would be shipped.
