After several discussions satisfied
I had dirt accumulation on my Nikon D7500 sensor discovered upon printing vacation photos. I called All-State, they emailed me a prepaid shipping label with full instructions for packing and shipping. I sent the camera as directed, was kept up to date by email as far as status of repair and had camera back in perfect working order within a week. Great service.

I initially had a difficult time filing the claim online because each listed authorized service provider that I called said they did not repair phones. So I was forced to call & speak with an Allstate representative and I'm glad I did. The representative that I spoke with was very apologetic for the difficult time I'd had, and she was empathetic of my frustration. I was approved from Allstate(Squaretrade) for reimbursement for $399.20 on the September 9, 2025 via email. So far I have not received the reimbursement. I was treated well by you staff but at this time I have not received the reimbursement. I would appreciate your attention to resolve this matter. Thanks Perry Alanis
