Sent for repair,took about 1 week and came back fixed
I had a problem a while back directly with different mfg, this not totally smooth was a lot better.
It was pretty seamless putting a claim in with allstate. Would buy again.

Easy to use. Keep a copy of your receipt even if you upload one when you register your product. The 1st thing they ask for is proof of purchase.
Did everything in a timely manner.
It was fast and I was able to get a replacement unit without the hustle and bustle. I appreciate the good customer service and the quick turnaround time.
