We sent our computer in one time and when we got it back,it did the exact same thing in addition to other issues-we sent it back a second time and they fixed it.
Daughter had an issue with her laptop. I was able to go thru the steps to get the laptop fixed quickly and smoothly. It was a week turn around!!! Doesn't get much better then that!
