Square Trade-Allstate Protection Plan helped me get my Fire HD Tablet fixed numerous times and I had the tablet for 2 years now. Thanks to the additional coverage of my electronics I didn't have to pay out of pocket each time.
Finally after speaking with a Supervisor the issue was resolved
I never buy protection plans but decided to do it this time for my dehumidifier becauase my old one failed. When the new one failed, Allstate was there to refund my purchase price. The process was easy and quick.

I'm glad you replaced the headphones with no fuss. The only thing that I don't like is that you guys recommended a slightly different model than the one I had insured and it is not near as comfortable so I wouldn't have said yes to the other option if I did it over
