My son’s computer screen went out. I had bought the protection plan and was able to file a claim through Allstate. It was really easy to follow the directions that were sent and to get the computer fixed. It was also a really fast process. Very happy with the whole process.

Allstate kept offering replacements that had the same plastic nut ,I had issue with. Once I finally was able to speak to someone my claim was handled quickly.
My sons glasses were broken during a volleyball game at school. Allstate Protection plan replaced the glass at cost.
Staff on the phone were helpful. Once received for assessment repair I was notified my laptop had arrived. There was one follow up message that it had not but after I sent an email that was cleared up. The repair took some time but my laptop seems to be working now. Note that FedEx did not try to get a signature and the packaged laptop was left on our front porch outside an unlocked but closed vestibule. That is only a complaint for FedEx not Allstate.
