The battery on my e-bike stopped working.When I found a replacement, after ordering, I filed my claim with Allstate. Allstate’s quick response of full replacement charge within 7 days was impressive. So glad I purchased this plan when I bought the e-bike.
It was great no hassle I just dropped the game off to FedEx and it got fixed and sent back
first I want to say make sure you register your item and upload your receipt when you purchase. Did take some time, but Allstate did give me the purchase value of the item I purchased because I could not find anyone to work on the toy. Repair.
Satisfied my claim very quickly.
Gave me a choice to fix my computer locally and it worked it out well. Overall service was very effective.
