They helped me resolved my issue
SquareTrade/Allstate made it very easy to file a claim, and when the manufacturer didn't seem very cooperative to get my product repaired, SquareTrade offered me a full refund of my purchase price. I'll be honest that that's not what I expected from an insurance policy, I thought it would be a hassle.

After completing the claim form sevice was quick, dropped my phone off for repair and had it back in just a couple of hours looking like a new device!!!

The process was easy after providing a million receipts of purchase. Easy to mail, tracking & return. My daughter was satisfied with the repairs.
Allstate clearly communicated their procedures to me to receive their services. The only negative factor is not being reimbursed for the cost of shipping my printer to Allstate.
