Nintendo fixed quickly and sent back in great time
Our TV wasn't working. We called about the warranty. They walked us through a few steps and decided it was not fixable. They tried to find a replacement to send us. In the end they issued a check for the purchase amount and we were able to buy a new TV. Of course, we purchased the warranty again!
I purchased a warranty from Allstate on a window unit air conditioner I purchased from Sam's Club. It worked just fine the first season, but when I reinstalled it for the upcoming summer months, it was blowing dust! I contacted Allstate and after a little debate about the unit still being under factory warranty (it wasn't), the rep came back and told me that they were refunding me the purchase price.
