Some of the requirements for filing a claim were not easy to understand and accomplish. Some of All state's responses were confusing. The agent I talked with on the phone said I had to upload the receipt for the computer that was to be serviced for repair. It only took less than a month to get me refund first fill out forms then explain what happen wait for letter for payment release and gave choices on how u want it back and then u get your money in a timely manner
My Fitbit Sense was repaired very quickly I was kept up to date on the repairs they did a great job.
