I called in for an issue with my freezer that I had a square trade warranty on and I was quickly assisted with a fast resolution for my broken freezer!
I've never had to use the protection plan on anything I've bought. However, I had to use it on my TV. The day that my TV went bad, I was given the runaround and told that my TV still had a warranty on it from ONN and that I had to contact them. After getting in contact with them, they said it did not have a warranty and had to go back to Allstate. The next day, on the 4th, whoever took my call and helped me, was phenomenal. Filed claim on line and received refund next day. Purchased my replacement watch from Walmart for the sole purpose of the allstate extended warranty.

The process worked, the replacement was easy to obtain. I had difficulty understanding the agent and asked him to repeat himself a few times. He DID make an effort to speak clearly and was friendly throughout the interaction.
