So far I haven't heard from the technician that is supposed to have the part to repair my TV AND I AM GETTING impatient. I have a new TV that only worked for a month before it broke. I am not a happy camper and if I don't hear from the technician by tomorrow you will replace my TV.
Since the first contact until delivery of my TV, everything was smooth and quick. Very professional service. Five stars!

The warranty was on a Nintendo Wii which my mentally handicapped brother uses. He was getting a disc read error and, although, I did extensive troubleshooting I was not able to get the console working again. He depends on this device for a lot of his entertainment. I sent the console in for evaluation and, fortunately, it was repaired and my brother once again has his game console working.
The GE washer that I purchased from Home Depot quit working after 14 months of light use. I only had to make one call to set the wheels in motion. Parts were ordered and delivered based on a phone interview in which I described the symptoms. A repair Technician was scheduled once I had received the control board and water inlet valve. Great experience and customer service
As soon as **** Cable told me it was my TV, not the cable box, I contacted Allstate and they confirmed my TV's information and had me do a couple of tests on my TV. After the tests, I was connected with Samsung. I talked with them for about 15 minutes. I spent a total of about 40 minutes with Allstate and Samsung.
