HAD TO USE ANOTHER COMPANY OUT OF ASSIGNED CONTRACTED SERVICE COMPANIES. WE WERE RE-IMBURSED FOR OUR OUT- OF-POCKET EXPENSES ONCE THEY VERIFIED THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED AND WORKING WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. THE RE-IMBURSEMENT CHECK WAS ISSUED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
The representative walked me thru some trouble shooting issues and it seem to work. After they repaired my printer and returned it. He also stated that if I need help to give them a call back. It’s working for now
I spoke to a handful of people from Allstate Protection and they were all very helpful. Within 10 days my parts were in and a service rep came by and fixed my refrigerator! Very pleased with Allstate!

My mouse stopped working and after changing the battery and everything else I could think of to resolve the issue I realized it was useless. I filed a claim and in about 15 minutes I received notification of settlement in way of replacement cost. No hassle, no headache.

Allstate Protection Plan was a hassle free experience. After contacting Allstate and telling them the problem I was having with my computer I was advised they would send a self address label to send it in for repairs. After sending it in I was told it couldn't be fix and they would send another one to replace it. All this took only a few days and I was well pleased with what they sent as a replacement,
