The process was easy. Great communication via email. I was given some choices on a replacement unit. When they were not suitable, they gave me a full refund.

The site made it easy to return. Gave updates on its location and sent message that it was repaired and on way back to me. Haven't received it yet but so far the process is very easy. Hopefully the repair is satisfactory

I added protection to my product purchase and was super glad as the product failed. I called to fil a claim and the whole process was quick and painless. The agent was very helpful and wanted nothing more than to get me back on the road. Would highly recommend.
