The customer service when speaking to people was great. Quick and no hold times. Policy is not great when being offered 1 replacement.

It’s was a good experience
Ipad was severely cracked. Sent it away to be fixed. When it couldn’t be, they sent full reimbursement.
Customer service was great to work with. They were very quick to get a shipping label, get the product repaired and shipped right back.
