I was very pleased with the service I received.
Our PS4 had stopped fully functioning and our service protection plan made it easy to return for repair and then quickly returned the fully functioning unit.
From the time I called to request the repair of my ice maker, through the actual repair process, I found this experience to be fast, efficient and effortless. The tech was on time, professional, quick to repair my ice maker and effective. I couldn't be happier!

My screen broke when my phone fell out of my jacket pocket unexpectedly. I filed the claim online, uploaded my receipt from the purchase of my phone, all on a Sunday. On Monday, I called the preferred repair shop near me, and he had received the order via email. He was super helpful, ordered the part, and phone was repaired. I paid my $60 deductible. That's all. Grateful I had this plan in place.
