I bought a TV that I was unfamiliar with so I thought it would be a good idea to get the extended warranty despite horror stories about filing claims I've heard in passing. Easy enough, excellent service.
My old phone fell and the screen got cracked. They helped me on getting anew phone. They were kind and friendly.
I purchased an air fryer from Walmart and the insurance. Less than 3 months later the display lights went out. Call the insurance company not knowing any information and they walked me through and made filing my claim a walk in the park.
