At first I was a little frustrated with the trouble shooting the first day. The tech had me unplug the power cord and try the power button again. Then he said that I needed to wait 6 hours then try again, then another 6 hours again. If that didn’t work out then call back to a different number. Filed the claim, and it approved. 3 days later I was informed a replacement was not available, and refund will be issued. 5 day later check was in my hand.
