Simple and fast process. Filed a claim in 3 days it was complete. Maybe less actually I was late checking my email. Agent was kind and knowledgeable

I messaged a customer service rep to get the status of my device being repaired. The rep was very nice and patient and thoroughly did their job to give me the full update. The rep was also kind enough to answer all my questions to the best of their abilities. I was very satisfied with the service I received.
It should not take more than two emails or more than three phone calls to get a process started. I purchased the appliance, with a warranty. Eight days is too long for a process that should take no more than 3.
For so many years I thought I had a good deal with Allstate....until I shopped around. I found a very good plan with a very good well know company for half the cost and double the coverage! Sorry I hadn't shopped around sooner......
My eyeglasses had a deep scratch. I had opted for the insurance when I purchased them. I contacted Allstate, my claim was approved AND I received credit for them in the same day! There’s no better customer service than that!! Thank you Allstate!
My ice maker went out and the replacement was quick and easy. Glad I had the warranty.
