They are on top of it. Super fast! Although it was in a gift card. I would of preferred a refund. But still easy to work with. Definitely worth it.
I put in a claim Nov. 30, 2023, about 15 minutes later I was notified it was approved. Then about 3 hours after that I was sent an email with my refund in the form of an eGift Card. As titled, "Easy as 1, 2, 3.
Easy to reach out and very fair settlement
I had to find my own repairman, pay for the repairs and then submit a receipt to them. I feel that should be included in the protection plan. Hassle free is what I paid for, not what I received.
I was not expecting it to go so smoothly and so well.
It was super easy to file a claim and my payment was received quickly.
I had no trouble at all getting help replacing my broken headphones.
