The overall experience was great BUT I didn't like finding out after the fact that the replacement TV was not eligible for Allstate insurance. The manufacturer offers extended warranty for almost 4 times the price of an Allstate plan.

I submitted a claim online and was asked to return the ice machine which was not working. I was able to return it with a label I printed out at no charge. After a couple of days, I received an email saying it could not be fixed and that I would receive a refund. The I received the refund quickly by email in the form of a gift card. I recommend buying the projection.
