Went smoothly from filing claim to receiving phone in two days. Mailing old phone went well, was able to track that it got where it was supposed to.
First time I used this and I was disappointed in how much I got for the 2 landscape lights that broke. Each light runs about $20 each to purchase individually and I got half of that for 2 of them. Sorry but I cant find those lights for $5 and some change. I wont be purchasing this again.
My experience with Allstate was great. I had to fill out the form to explain what the issue was in within a matter of minutes they responded with a decision. There was no hassling no confusion so I’m satisfied.
