I have been very satisfied with every experience. They always repair our replace my defective electronics quickly. I highly recommend if you paid a lot for your product.
After one and a half years of use the left earbud failed for no apparent reason. I am happy that I invested $7 in the protection plan. My new earbuds are on the way.
Both phones developed problems after 4 years of use. One continually dropped calls and required reboot before enabling the receipt or placement of phone calls. The other lost most of the external speaker volume. My Square Trade protection plan provided for 2 new phones of the most current version and most similar to the 4 yr old models. It was definitely worth the expense.
