I called and was connected a gentleman that help through how to use the service.. I did what said ti do and the computer was sent and few day it was working great. great service.
I was honestly surprised to receive a reply within hours. The initial statement said someone will contact me within the next day which is understandable but i was contacted in exactly one hour! The representative was friendly and the process was very easy to navigate . It was literally click, click, click DONE!

I didn't expect the experience would go so well. We spilled Gatorade on our laptop, and it no longer powered on. Then I remembered: "Oh wait - we got SquareTrade, let's see if they'll help!" I didn't expect much, but we had nothing to lose. They sent a shipping label, diagnosed it, deemed it unrepairable, mailed a full refund check, AND EVEN SENT BACK the internal hard drive with our precious data (someone there actually knows what they're doing).
