I bought this 2 year plan for a robot mop/vacuum and it was a good investment. The price was reasonable and the coverage was as expected/advertised. The robot mop function stopped spraying water 3 days after the manufacturer 's warranty ended and I filed a claim. I received an email within a day or so with a paid return label to send it for repair. I got tracking of the package while in route and when it was received. It's always an inconvenience to have to file a claim to get a piece of technology repaired, but the online process was simple enough. I felt the follow up call with an agent was redundant though, since I had to repeat all the work I filled out on the online claim form. The wait for repair was also reasonable. It would be nice if the packaging and shipping were covered - I had to pay for a box out of pocket which wasn't too bad but could be nice if covered.
Computer crashed and NY IT professional opined it was a defective hard drive. Computer was purchased 2 years ago from Walmart with a 3-year protection plan. Contacted a local IT professional for the repair. Allstate , per policy provisions, reimbursed me for the full cost of the repair within one day of submitting the required receipt. No hassle and no problems. A-1 service. Highly recommend.
Great experience. They replaced my laptops defective screen quickly and it come back great
Has to be the BEST plan out there
8 had to go to an outside repair shop to fix mobility scooter. 8 0aid out of pocket but 8 was reimbursed as soon as I uploaded receipts. Ot was as simple as that

Usually I don't get the insurance on anything because of the run around doesn't Make it worth it,but I'm glad I did and happy with the replacement,the speed I received it and the ease of returning my damage phone thanks again
