To file the claim online was fast and easy. The next day I received an e-gift card. Everything was great until the following morning when I went to redeem my e-gift card and was told the balance was zero. Spent a whole day on the phone with no less than 8 squaretrade representatives who repeatedly told me there was nothing they could do.
