At the beginning of the claim filing process it was very cumbersome with several phone calls and emails to get to where I had all the info needed to log the claim. After that the process went quite well with being updated on progress and what’s next. The final resolution was a reimbursement check which arrived in a timely manner. Thank you

Unfortunately, a month into owning a new tablet, my son cracked the screen. We contacted Allstate for instructions on what to do for repairs. The claim was handled quickly and since they couldn't correct it with repair or replacement, they sent a Walmart gift card for the purchase price. My only complaint is that I wasn't able to use the plan for the new tablet. There was no transfer of the plan. We'll just have to be really careful with this tablet.
