Very helpful and knowledgeable with computers.
Called in with problem, service person did tv diagnostics over phone, considered it too expensive to repair or not repairable and had me pick out replacement tv. Very professional and respectful of my hard of hearing problem, would buy protection again, but used once and no longer available on replacement tv, which I would like to have , but I guess that’s fair. I have purchased another tv and purchased an All State insurance program on this one also. DSB
