While I'm glad I purchased plan, I am disappointed that I was transferred to the manufacturer, and had to deal with a third party, for my guarantee. It was covered, but I'm still waiting for reimbursement.
Our claim was handled very quickly and professionally. We would have rather had our furniture repaired vs. being reimbursed for the cost of purchase, but overall we are satisfied.
They were professional and troubleshot the issue with my television when it still didn't work. They refunded my purchase price.
Plan offers the full coverage that I look for when I buy electronics, all at a low price :)

There was some confusion on Allstates side that makes it seem like all my info wasn’t together in one place. Once something was resolved, I was told I’d get an email but then that email would say to call in. That happened several times when the whole thing originally started as a chat. Could definitely benefit from having one avenue of communication instead of several different ones.
