I was a bit hesitant to send in my laptop after seeing the covid 19 warning that it might take a while. But I needed my laptop and they came through. The repair was done quickly and my laptop was returned in less than 3 days. Im glad I got that warranty.
I made my claim and I had no issue,it was fast and easy.
Seems like when I put in claim it was no time at all when I got my replacement.
They did a good job getting the issue resolved. Took a little longer than it should have taken. Following up on the status is less than desirable.
On each call, every single representative was very courteous and professional.
Insurance was awesome to have no problems or issues compensating for non working products
Square trade was great at fixing my ear buds twice two different problems and two different occasions. I was considering on throwing them out but checked ins policy was still valid. Easy process would definitely recommend this place.
Making an insurance claim is never a fun experience. Some companies are worse than others to deal with. Our experience with Square Trade was much better than expected. Our TV started developing a weird "stain" that was spreading, and becoming more and more visible. I spoke with Kensha with SquareTrade about the problems I was having with my Galaxy S7 phone. It stopped working and I tried everything I could find on Youtube to fix it, to no avail. She was very patient and listened to my problem. She even called Samsung for me. After being on the phone for about 20 minutes, she solved my problem. I received a check for a replacement phone in only 4 or 5 days. All I can say is excellent!! Thank you so much SquareTrade!!
