After purchasing a new PC, I bought the Allstate coverage plan which I ended up having to use. A very reputable electronics chain told me it was irreparable. I sent my PC to the Allstate location. They told me over the phone they would write me a check to purchase a new one if they could not repair it. I was astonished that they would give me my money back, but even more excited that they were able to repair the one I had.
