Everything happened so quickly with my claim. From the moment I submitted the claim I was contacted and an appointment was made to fix the problem right away. Everything was essentially waiting on my response. Parts were shipped to my home and the repair man scheduled very quickly. Great and quick communication and turnaround from everyone involved. This was an awesome experience overall.
My carpet cleaner broke after using it a few times. Allstate gave me a good refund to purchase a new one.
This protection plan is worth it. There are some minor issues with the controller after it being fixed but I am able to deal with/ fix it through trial and error
