Fast service. No gimmicks
I was happy with the fast service and replacement with a new phone after mine was ruined by water damage. I was happy with the way my claim was handled. Honestly I like my old phone better A20 samsung galaxy the samsung A03 model has some weird additions that I did not need and can be aggravating options they have added. I called and told them my pruner stopped working, they asked when I purchased it and I told them and they told me I would receive a check in five to seven days and it came within three days.
All was great except for one thing. I did not receive my own power adapter back. Everything else was exceptional.
every step of the way very friendly people , only issue i had was i live out of the service/ drive area for the repairman, i had to deliver and pickup my TV, Not to bad of a project but it takes two to transport and i was down in my back when i picked it up.. The Service from McGowan was great too.
I purchased a new car and coverage was added while I was at the dealership.
