I had an issue with my ice maker. I called for service coverage and I will say I was very pleased. The rep took my information, what was wrong, assigned a tech and in three days my service was completed. That's it! Great service all around!

It was easy to file a claim
Started the process to return a product that was not working anymore and was assured by Allstate. I was told I would receive information the next day. Waited 2 weeks with no response from Allstate. Called Sam's Club again and received info to contact Allstate with a direct phone number. The problem was then taken care of quickly. Thanks
I never buy warranties but it proved smart on my part. I will again.
