The only thing I have an issue with is that there is a manufacture's warranty on my item..... Except the manufacturer doesn't honor it because it wasn't purchased direct from the manufacturer. So now I have to verify the same things that I informed them about because of it. I had the same issue with a different item, which was also still under manufacturer's warranty.
