The guides for the drawers in our refrigerator failed. I contacted Allstate and explained the problem. They verified my coverage and had me sent photos to verify the problem. They found out that the failed parts could not be repaired and replacements were not available. They decided to reimburse us for the refrigerator, processed the claim, and mailed us a check.
