I'm considered a senior nowadays and customer service was so helpful, he helped me be more at ease.. the only problem I had I believe was with transfering my info to my new phone, my icons moved over and I thought everything transferred but it didn't and I had already gone in and put my settings back to factory settings to avoid personal information remaining on the phone and I had to try and remember passwords I had for approx 20 years.
