I didn't expect the experience would go so well. We spilled Gatorade on our laptop, and it no longer powered on. Then I remembered: "Oh wait - we got SquareTrade, let's see if they'll help!" I didn't expect much, but we had nothing to lose. They sent a shipping label, diagnosed it, deemed it unrepairable, mailed a full refund check, AND EVEN SENT BACK the internal hard drive with our precious data (someone there actually knows what they're doing).
