The Play Station stopped working one day so I had my son take a look at it. the Play Station logo came on screen and then the screen went to black. I called in the claim. A few days later I checked on its status and was told it was still in review. Less than a week later I was notified that I need to send the unit in via FEDEX. After you recorded initial, I was reimbursed $330. I don’t remember what the Play Station cost originally, but I thought that was fair.
My grandson’s Nintendo was fixed in about a week. I received a mailing label which made the process to send it for repair easy.
It was super simple and easy to make a claim and receive money
They couldnt fix the tablet and immediately sent me a refund!
