The hinge on my Lenova laptop suddenly snapped. I contacted support, they emailed me a prepaid FedEx label and submission form. It was easy to complete and send back. I admit I was worried, that I would lose information, or my whole laptop. But It was back so fast that I was amazed. And completely repaired. Thank you!
