I had a cracked phone face plate on Samsung S21 Galaxy 5G and I needed to get it repaired since the hairline cracks and chipping were getting noticeably worse. Took to authorized repair shop and got it done within 1 hour. Fast troublefree claim service too! Thanks you are a life saver!

Rather slow process. Lots of repeated questions. It's been almost 3 weeks and are just now picking up defective product today, plus I still don't have my reimbursement. You may have sent this review a bit prematurely.

We always purchase Square Trade Allstate when available. It gives you peace of mind incase you have a problem with your purchase. When you have a problem you call them and they are Johnny on the spot to help you. So very pleased with their service.

Buy the time you pay 39.99 for the warranty for two years and another 25$ to send the replacement your about half of a new one! Took 7 days to get the new one!
