electronic item malfunctioned while under warranty. called them, took few days for them to figure out what to do and they could not get item repaired and returned my original purchase price for item. they did not return any part of what i paid for warranty. i still had around year and half left. other warranty places pro rate what you paid for the warranty. so keep that in mind. but over all service was great, easy to deal with.
Thank you as I got the check for my purchase price and was able to get a new washer.

Our camera was damaged during a recent trip. The quick turn around to have it fixed allowed for us to have minimum down time without the camera and a fully restored and operational camera when returned.

There are no more long wait times with claims, the person answering the phones understands what you are saying - no more long holds every 3 minutes of the 45 minute call. No more calling back every 24 hours to check on a claim. I was considering leaving and finding another warranty company but now I LOVE ALLSTATE!!!!!! Best experience ever!
