The agent asked if i had updated the software on the TV; I hadn't although I would sometimes see notices when powering on about software updates. I thought TV had been downloading updates as needed. She expertly guided me through update process with patience. Once update was complete, the TV worked as it should. She gave me advice if I experienced the same problems in the coming days that I could follow up with the claim. So no worries.
