Allstate was very easy to contact and start the process of getting a repair. After some discussion on what was the problem Allstate agreed to take care of it. I asked if my local Apple store could do the repair instead of shipping it back to Allstate and they agreed. Very fast support and it was very pleasant working with them. I highly recommend purchasing their warranties for any product of value.

I filed a claim on a Sunday evening for my Olympus camera and the very next day I got an email in the morning with instructions on where to send it for service along with a pre-paid 2 day delivery Fedex label. Wow, that was fast! Sadly, the repair service said that the camera was beyond repair so Allstate informed me that they would send me a check within six days to reimburse me for my purchase.
