Bought a Ice maker for our wedding anniversary. It broke and the wife was extremely sad. Tried to replace it with Amazon and they said to contact manufacturer for their warranty cause it was over their return window. We tried contacting the Manufacturer for there year warranty. Left numerous email to customer support with no help or contact at all. All-State saved us me. Thank you for your Instructions and service, The Dawsons!

I had a great experience. I purchased my original headphones from target and my protection plan was entered into the system. I unfortunately needed to use it, recently. I was able to file my claimed on the website without issue. The team involved sent emails with replacements for me to choose from. I wasn't happy with with the options. I was able to message the team and we were able to find replacements that worked for both of us. I will use this protection plan, again, in the future.
A very quick and easy process for returning/refunding of the product.
They were very quick with the service and did an excellent job getting the computer to their work center. The work they did was not very good came back in worse condition than when we shipped it. I called back and now they are going to return our money. a good fix but because of the poor workmanship we will need to spend time backing up our son’s computer and installing it all on a new computer when we get it.
My situation was taken care of quickly.

The customer service representatives were very pleasant very easy to work for they tried to fix the laptop. It was not fixable, and they very quickly sent it to be refunded. I got refunded the money the very next day it was sent as a gift card to be used at Walmart, which I happily used to get another laptop that would work and using the gift card was simple.
