Obtaining a replacement/gift card for a new airbed using the purchased warranty was pretty easy. The website was user friendly and a positive response was quickly provided. The only little thing that I needed to figure out was who the warranty carrier was. My Target receipt did not have the warranty carrier information on it nor was it provided separately. Thanks so much!
