I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and easy it was to make a claim!!!
I dropped my laptop and broke the screen. Allstate was wonderful. I contacted Allstate and it was a pretty hassle free experience. I was told to pack up the laptop and send it in. Was told 2- 5 day turnaround for repairs. Unfortunately, the parts my laptop needed had to be ordered. I still had it back in approximately 2 weeks. Looks like new. Very thrilled with the experience.
I couldn’t find my plan online so I had to call for assistance. Took 4 calls. I didn’t get my full amount paid because the guy assisted me with my claim. I should have because I have the receipt. It was close to the amount however. Took 3 days to complete and I finally found the plan they added for me from my receipt numbers 3 days later and I was able to complete my warranty claim. Also wouldn’t give me a phone number to call but helped me for support but they helped each time I had to call back.
Everything was simple fast and easy. They made this process easier for me.
I received a payout for my claim.
I'm glad I purchased an extra 2 year warranty on my watch. It just stopped working a few months after the manufacturers warranty expired. Within a few days,, they had a replacement mailed out delivered.
