Overall experience was great.Only problem is with the gift card.We have a hard time at the Hamilton Ohio store when checking out the cashier's don't know how to process it.It would be a lot easier with a gift card.

I could not get the online service to report a claim to work. I finally used the chat feature. They were helpful somewhat and told me to call in but never provided a phone number to do it until I asked for one. It turned into a 4 day process which I think is way too long. It should be a one and done to make a claim if I had already sent in proof of purchase.

Bought some audio sunglasses on Ebay and added the 2 yr plan that was offered to me. 6 months in they stopped working, so I filed a claim. Initially, the claim was denied, because they believed that the manufacturers warranty should've covered the problem. I kept calm, checked on the manufacturers warranty, which had expired, called back to straighten it out. They asked me to send them the glasses for possible repair, free of charge.
