I purchased the extended warranty with my cannon camera , when the power button started getting stuck I couldn't find the receipt, I finally found it and it had expired about two months ago. I opened a claim anyway bc my camera will not turn on at all now. I let them know when the camera started having issues , wasn't really expecting for them to do anything since the warranty had expired but they approved it unless then a day . didn't even have to go thru the process of sending the camera back and getting it fixed . The technician had to return a second time as the issue initially identified was diagnosed incorrectly, no fault of theirs. They were supposed to order the parts, but after a couple of weeks, I called and found they had not placed the order. Allstate quickly ordered the parts and they were received quickly and the repair was done a week afterwards. Refrigerator is working fine now. Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure things were right before leaving.

From the initial conversation to the return of my laptop it was great. The only thing I think could be better would be the company letting the customer know the status instead of us having to call them.
