Had an issue with the display on my fridge and called Allstate. They sent a person to diagnose the issue within a few days. He showed up when they said he would , quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what he would need to do to fix it, ordered parts and explained the process to have the fridge repair completed. We really like the product and so far the refurbished version works best for us because we don’t utilize some of the things that the newer watches offer.
