Making a claim was easy to accomplish online and it did not take them long to make a ruling! I would definitely get the protection plan again!

I originally gave Allstate a very low review due to a denial of coverage. I was immediately contacted by a rep who re-evaluted my claim and agreed I should be partially covered for the claim. I was very impressed with the process and the length Allstate went to explain their reasons for the initial denial. But then to compromise on the reimbursement to me.
My LG tv had developed a serious dark cloud horizontally through the center of the screen. Calling Square Trade was pretty straightforward. They connected me with a Tech who walked me through some trouble shooting and the requested some photos of the screen and serial number. Within 2days I received an email with the link to select a replacement set. They provided some good choices and made everything pain free. All the reps I dealt with were very good and helpful. Way to go Allstate!
