If you have a chance to purchase an Allstate protection plan for your electronic items do it. I have got my items either fixed or reimbursed a few times.

The screen was broke and game ruined. Made the claim with Allstate and everything was taken care of including shipping. I'm so glad I purchased the protection plan. The system is like new again at no additional cost to me.

My Windows HP laptop screen and hinge broke after 2 1/2 years of use. I had 3-years of coverage so I made a claim on the computer. Allstate provided details on what I need to provide to them and then to ship the computer to their repair site. In short order I got my laptop back and it looks and operates like new again. Very pleased with the protection plan!

Second time you have asked for a review, already gave one. Excellent service. Could have saved you money if you didn't require me packing up the microwave and shipping it to you. But I guess you planned on repairing it. All in all an easy and satifying experience.

Had a problem with the galaxy s10e Took it to repair shop. Cost was more than purchase price. Allstate refunded the purchase price without any hassle. Great customer service.
