I bought the coverage for a boat cover on Amazon and the cover ripped exposing my boat too the weather. I filed a claim with Allstate and they processed the claim very quickly and sent me a check for the total amount of the cover.
Went through the steps of showing receipt and proving the problem . Allstate came through and approved the repair

Warranty plan is hassle free. The customer service is excellent. Probably the best purchase I've ever bought. Thank you.
When contacting customer service, they were fantastic! My only complaint is that the plan paid less than I paid for the original product and it cost more to replace. And, of course, you have to file your receipt for them to pay the difference. Considering this was not the most expensive Bluetooth to replace, I’m sure they consider that in paying less than the actual cost versus how many people will take the extra time and effort to recover the $5.
I had purchased a copier/printer with the protection plan. The printer had an issue. I filed my claim with Allstate online and had a check within a week to cover the cost of the replacement copier. It was fast and easy. I was very satisfied with the service.
I'm very satisfied with tus plan and I still choosing for all my electrónico device snd others.
Everything was excellent as it should be.
